Pittsford programming on Channel 12 for 9/17 – 9/24:

We’re kicking off the weekend festivities with a free concert by Judah Sealy form 5:30 – 7:00pm this Friday in Carpenter Park at the Port of Pittsford. If you missed him and his amazing band during our Summer Concert Series, now is your chance to enjoy an evening of smooth jazz along the canal. Bring your lawn chair or a blanket and relax! And be sure to check out the Pittsford Art Walk – it’s underway from 4:00 – 8:00pm in the Village on Friday night.

Pittsford programming on Channel 12 for 9/7 – 9/21:

All Town of Pittsford offices, facilities, and services - including Town Hall, the Spiegel Pittsford Community Center, the Pittsford Community Library, and Town Court - will be closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of the 2021 Labor Day holiday. The Library also will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, September 4 and 5. Town brush collection will be delayed one day during the week of September 6 due to the holiday closure.

In 2017 the New York Power Authority (NYPA) and the NY Canal Corporation – the State agencies which oversee the Erie Canal – presented plans to clearcut trees along the Canal. The Town of Pittsford has led the way to oppose this action.
