Public and private fireworks events in the Town of Pittsford require a permit issued by the Town.  As a courtesy, notifications for public and private fireworks events held within the Town are posted on the Town website at Fireworks Notification, on the Town Facebook page and in the Town's eNews (email newsletter).

This year marks the 25th anniversary of our “Greenprint for Pittsford’s Future.” A first-of-its-kind, award-winning program, the Greenprint preserved two-thirds of the then-remaining farmland in the Town – over 2,000 acres of open space in Pittsford.
 

Pittsford programming October 22 - October 29 on TV-12 Spectrum Digital Channel 1303 features our last summer concert of the 2021 season with the southern soul sounds of Miller and the Other Sinners.

Pittsford programming October 8 - October 15 on TV-12 Spectrum Digital Channel 1303 features the 2021 Pittsford Food Truck & Music Fest. Programing also includes our "State of Pittsford 2021" Presentation. Also, this week enjoy the eighth summer concert of the 2021 season with pops music by fan favorite the Pittsford Fire Department Band - as well as Pittsford announcements and information.

Be sure to mark your calendar for the Town of Pittsford's Family Halloween Fest to be held Sunday, October 17 from 2:00 - 5:00pm at the Spiegel Pittsford Community Center, 35 Lincoln Avenue.  
 

The Pittsford Community Library will be closed Friday, October 15 for staff training and will re-open for regular (10:00am - 5:00pm) on Saturday, October 16.
