State social distancing and health safety restrictions have been enacted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Town of Pittsford recognizes that restaurants are operating under challenging constraints. Therefore, under these exceptional circumstances, and to allow for adequate social distancing as they reopen for on-site service, restaurants located in the Town of Pittsford may apply for use of outdoor seating. The Town is prepared to assist with seating plans and provide guidance if needed.

Town Hall is currently open to residents by appointment only; in-person meetings will be limited and allowed only when absolutely necessary. Calls to make an appointment should be made to the department related to the inquiry.  Find a department list here. Those coming to Town Hall for a scheduled appointment will be required to wear a mask and observe posted physical distancing requirements. Town Hall remains staffed to handle business online and by mail, phone, email and the "drop slot" to the right of the front door of Town Hall.

While carefully observing COVID-19 health and safety guidelines determined by New York State, the Pittsford Community Library will slowly resume some services for physical materials. Services will be phased back in gradually to ensure the safety of Library staff and community members.
