Thursday Morning Movie Matinees for Seniors

Seniors, join us on for a free morning movie matinee, popcorn and breakfast treats, then stay afterward for an optional pizza lunch if you'd like! Registration is required.

Held in the VanHuysen Community Room at the Spiegel Pittsford Community Center, our movies begin at 10:30am. Enjoy complimentary coffee, breakfast pastries and popcorn while you watch. An optional lunch of pizza, salad and dessert is available after the movie at a cost of $6.00. Advance reservations are required for the movie and for lunch. Elvis - June 12

Seniors, join us on Thursday, June 12, at 10:30am for a free morning movie matinee featuring Elvis with Austin Butler! Enjoy a complimentary selection of coffee, breakfast pastries, and popcorn while you watch the film, then stay afterward for a lunch of pizza, salad, and dessert if you’d like!

The film explores the life and music of Elvis Presley (Austin Butler), seen through the prism of his complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager, Colonel Tom Parker (Tom Hanks). The story delves into the complex dynamic between Presley and Parker spanning over 20 years, from Presley's rise to fame to his unprecedented stardom, against the backdrop of the evolving cultural landscape and loss of innocence in America. Central to that journey is one of the most significant and influential people in Elvis's life, Priscilla Presley (Olivia DeJonge).
