Town 2023 Budget Passed, Keeps the Tax Rate Flat

Town Supervisor Bill Smith’s 2023 Town Budget was approved at the November 9, 2022 Town Board meeting. The Supervisor’s budget holds the Town tax rate flat – with no increase.  It continues funding for all current Town services and events, with improvements. It preserves the cut in the Town tax rate of more than 9% achieved since 2018. Under the Supervisors budget for 2023, for every dollar paid in property tax, just eight cents ($0.08) is Town of Pittsford tax.
