Our popular Summer Concert Series continues this Friday, August 15, when the Pittsford Fire Department Band takes the stage in Carpenter Park at the Port of Pittsford.
The band, comprised of dedicated musicians including members of the Pittsford Fire Department and other community volunteers, offers a diverse repertoire that appeals to a broad audience.
The concert will begin at 6:30pm and is free and open to the public. A food truck will serve summer fare at each concert, so you won’t have to worry about dinner! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and get ready for a summer of local live music.
After this Friday, we only have one concert remaining this season! See The Downtown Men, a top-notch Billy Joel tribute band, on August 22. It will be an engaging, energetic concert full of tunes you can sing along to - the perfect way to cap off another successful concert season!
The Port of Pittsford features a band pavilion and amenities for boaters, including potable water, electrical hookups, and dock space. Restrooms are available at the Pittsford Community Library. We hope to see you there!
