King's Bend Park playground closed for renovation

Our playground at King's Bend Park is being fully renovated!  The playground will be closed for the spring as we remove the old equipment and fully renovate and upgrade the playground area and equipment.  The upgrade will make the playground even easier for everyone to use and enjoy, with new and increased ADA-compliant items including a merry-go-round, a see-saw, and swings, and new features for younger children.  We'll be adding artificial turf  too, for a cooler and safer ground surface.
