King's Bend Park Lodge Reservations for 2026 begins 11/3/25 for residents



Hold your special event at King's Bend Park! Starting this Monday, November 3, at 12:00pm, residents of the Town of Pittsford can reserve a 2026 date for the King's Bend Park lodges. Reservations may be made online by creating or logging into your account or by dropping off or mailing in a reservation request form. For those dropping off or mailing in a request, please remember that payment is due at the time of the request. Any hard copy request (dropped off or mailed in) should specify a first priority and second priority date. Requests submitted in person or via mail are not guaranteed to receive the requested date(s), as processing time is required for reservation requests.

In-person reservations will be accepted during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm). Any requests received outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: All reservations, online or hard copy, are subject to review.

Lodge reservations for non-Pittsford residents will begin on Friday, January 2, 2026, after 12:00pm.

Three Tips for Reserving a Lodge:

1. Have your login information handy, or register for an account ahead of time, to avoid any delays.
2. Have a few dates on hand as second or third-choice options in case your preferred date isn’t available.
