Copper Beech Park dedication and "Bites and Beats" series launch is this Wednesday, 6/25

Gold scissors cutting a red ribbon

Check out our newly expanded Copper Beach Park and enjoy great blues with Son Henry this Wednesday, June 25. We'll cut the ribbon at 5:00pm and the music starts at 6:00pm.  Harladay Hots will be on site selling burgers, hots and more from 5:00 - 8:00pm.  It's a chance to see our new patio area with game tables and cafe tables and enjoy our gardens full of native plantings.  Don't forgot to stop by our Copper Beech sapling - it was the first clone planted from our iconic Copper Beech tree that stood in the original part of the park on State Street for over 150 years (at least!).  You can make your way over to the State Street section of the park as well, along our new pathway. The evening's activities take place at the new 10 North Main Street entrance of the park, near the public parking lot entrance.

The event launches our new Bites and Beats monthly summer food and music series at Copper Beech Park, held the fourth Wednesday of the month - see the schedule below. Join us for great music and favorite foods on Wednesdays, June 25, July 23 and August 27.  At each event, a food vendor will be available from 5:00 to 8:00pm, and music performances will take place from 6:00 to 7:30pm.

Whether you're looking to relax with friends, enjoy a family outing or just grab some BITES & BEATS, this series is for you! Bring a blanket or lawn chair, and soak in the sounds and flavors of the season. Please note, due to the size of the park, space is limited.
