Supervisor William A. Carpenter and Councilpersons Sandra F. Zutes, John J. Higgins Jr., and Karen W. Green were present.

There were no members of the public in attendance.
SUPERVISOR'S COMMENTS
Supervisor Carpenter recognized the nice job that the Town staff did on the Pittsford Celebrates event that was held on Saturday September 16th, and also noted that the 2008 Community Events activities are now almost completed.
PUBLIC HEARING: PROPOSED PITTSFORD SEWER DISTRICT EXTENSION SWBC #44 - LANDS OF 18 STONEY CLOVER LANE
At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Town Board approved sewer extension SWBC #44, Lands of 18 Stoney Clover Lane.
PUBLIC HEARING: PROPOSED PITTSFORD SEWER DISTRICT EXTENSION PSD #77 - LANDS OF 3 EDYTH STREET
At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Town Board approved sewer extension PSD #77, Lands of 3 Edyth Street.
2009 BUDGET WORKSHOP
Commissioner of Public Works Paul Schenkel discussed the proposed 2009 DPW Budgets with the members of the Town Board along with DPW staff members Rick Mortensen, Jim Scherer, Scott Wallman, Dean Frohm, Michelle Debyah, Doug McVay, Ed Starowicz, Marty Brewster, Doug Driscoll, and Dan Barnes.
PUBLIC HEARING DATE SET: PROPOSED 2009 PRELIMINARY TOWN BUDGET, 2009 SPECIAL DISTRICT BUDGETS AND SEWER RENT ROLLS AND DEPT SERVICE BUDGETS FOR PITTSFORD CONSOLIDATED SEWER DISTRICT
The Town Board set a public hearing date of October 21 2008 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the 2009 Preliminary Town Budget, the 2009 Special District Budgets, and Sewer Rent Rolls and Debt Service budgets for Pittsford Consolidated Sewer District.
