Paul Colucci of Costich Engineering indicated the applicant proposes a 1845 sq. ft. addition to the left side of the existing building and a 33 sq. ft. addition to the right side as well as a handicap ramp from the enclosed vestibule to the existing curb. In addition, a board on board fence is proposed to surround the dumpster. The additions will be done within existing setbacks and shrubs and annual flowers will complete the required landscaping.
Mr. Colucci asked if they were responsible to create the trail and Mr. Brewster explained the trail exists as the 8 foot Auburn Railroad ROW to the rear of the property. Bill Brizee explained the Board is reviewing how parking may affect the area and Mr. Colucci presented Board members with a sketch highlighting parking issues. Mr. Colucci indicated lighting would remain consistent with the exception of the light near the proposed handicapped ramp.
