Minutes of the Planning Board Meeting held in the Town Hall basement meeting room, 11 South Main Street, Pittsford, January 9, 2006, and filed in the Town Clerk's office.

Bill Brizee, Doug DeRue, Planning Assistant & John Bernacki Town Board
Mr. Wigg called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

Paul Colucci of Costich Engineering indicated the Board should have copies of the DRC response and explained he worked with the 8-foot wide trail and was able to provide for it at the north side of the property line. He also worked to maintain the number of parking spaces required by code. Mr. Colucci explained the addition of a timber guide rail is proposed to separate the trail from the parking area. Paul also mentioned he plans to attend the February ARB after receiving the go ahead from Planning
Mr. Wigg asked if colors and elevations were prepared. Mr. Colucci indicated color samples were provided to the ARB at their December meeting and that evening to Planning. He explained final elevations are being prepared.
Mr. Brewster mentioned the Trail has been a subject of conversation since 1996. Marty provided Mr. Colucci with some suggested plan revisions prepared by the Town Engineer, Rob Fromberger. The intent of the plan is to meet a standard being developed by the Town for the trail.
Mr. Colucci indicated he would take the request under advisement. Mr. Wigg reported the hearing would remain open.

December 12th Planning Board meeting minutes were approved by voice vote.
The hearing was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
