Transportation

The third and final scoping workshop took place on February 24, 2009 at the Pittsford Town Hall meeting room, from 7 to 9pm. Scoping Workshop #3 provided an opportunity to focus exclusively on Transportation, continuing the preliminary brainstorming and issue/opportunity identification that began at the January 26, 2009 kickoff meeting.

Meeting Synopsis
Approximately 45 individuals attended the transportation scoping workshop. The workshop began with a presentation (link below). The presentation included an overview of the town’s existing transportation network and a recap of the transportation comments received at the 1.26.09 kickoff meeting, as well as comments received prior to and after the kickoff meeting. Following the presentation, workshop participants were asked for more input regarding transportation issues and opportunities in the town. Comments received were recorded with markers on large notepads set up at the front of the room.
